The special materials for core materials have relatively high fire resistance. Strong oxygen aging performance, melting point temperature 135, decomposition temperature 300, environmental protection performance, UL94 halogen-free, in line with SGS, flame retardant B-S1, d0, t0, and refer to the specifications for use. The aluminum-plastic panels of ordinary outdoor display products at high temperatures Under the impact of rainwater, it ages rapidly. Under relatively humid weather conditions, rainwater and dew can easily penetrate into the screen, causing short circuit of electronic components and fire accidents.

  4. The fireproof raw material of LED display has a key part. If we talk about plastic kits, plastic kits are mainly used as the raw material for the bottom shell of the unit module mask. The external configuration is as critical as the design, but the key to the external configuration includes heat dissipation in fire protection. When the display screen is working, it will be equipped with exhaust fans and air conditioners to dissipate heat and heat inside the screen. If the air conditioner or exhaust fan is configured improperly, the heat dissipation will not be evenly distributed, which may cause safety risks inside the screen due to the increase in temperature. The durability and strength of the actual waterproof effect need to be verified, resulting in water seepage after a period of application. When dealing with thunderstorm temperatures, the lightning arrester of the screen equipment is necessary, and it is also a special tool to avoid lightning strikes and burn the internal parts of the screen.   6. Install correctly
