Q5: When the capacitive screen module is lightening, white spots, bright spots, dirty spots can be seen in the backlight, what is the reason? How to avoid it?
White spots and highlights are generally caused by impurities entering or damage to the backlight material. If there is impurity entering, what should be done is to trace the impurities from the LCM itself and find out where it comes from, and focus on the clean room assembly environment; if the backlight is damaged, it should be considered from the LCM structure, especially the product structure to find out what area of the structure poses a risk of injury or scratching to the LCM, and then eliminates it.
